Chia oil is the plant source with the highest content of Omega 3 (up to 60%), which regulates the hormonal levels of our body, combating acne, dryness and other skin imperfections. It has proven to have notable benefits for very sensitive skin.

It is an oil classified as moderately comedogenic, suitable for oily or acne-prone skin but at a medium-low dosage. It is a low-fat oil that is absorbed quickly.

As if that were not enough, chia seed oil is rich in minerals such as calcium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Ideal components to strengthen and give shine to our hair naturally.

HOW TO USE:

• Face: During your daily routine, apply a few drops of Chia oil to your face and neck before going to sleep, avoiding the eye contour area. Spread the oil evenly, from the center to the ends until it is completely absorbed.

• Hair: After washing with your usual shampoo and with your hair still damp, apply a few drops of oil to your hands and comb the hair between your fingers until it is impregnated. Insist on the ends and gently massage the scalp. Leave it on for as long as possible (we recommend at least one hour) and then wash your hair with shampoo to remove the excess.

• Body: Although it is the least common use, do not give up the properties of chia oil on your body's skin. Apply a small amount to your hands and massage your body until completely absorbed.
