It is an ecological vegetable oil especially indicated to combat the effect of UV radiation from the sun. As we already know, the sun can be a great enemy for our skin and hair, causing it to dehydrate, appear spots, lose shine and elasticity, etc.

Therefore, we recommend that this summer you include ECO Tamanu oil in your daily routine and reduce the possible negative effects of spending many hours in the sun. Tamanu oil is a powerful natural sunscreen due to its high concentration of protective molecules and its important ability to absorb UV rays. According to research, Tamanu oil is capable of absorbing ultraviolet (UV) light and reducing the damage that radiation causes to DNA by 85%. In addition, it helps prevent the appearance of wrinkles caused by sun exposure.

HOW TO USE:

• Hair: After washing with your usual shampoo and with your hair still damp, apply a few drops of oil to your hands and comb the hair between your fingers until it is impregnated. Insist on the ends and gently massage the scalp. Leave it on for as long as possible (we recommend at least one hour) and then wash your hair with shampoo to remove the excess.

• Face & Body: Apply a few drops of oil to your hands and gently massage the desired area until completely absorbed. In the case of facial applications, reduce the dose if it is not completely absorbed. It can be used alone or just before your usual cream and/or Body Milk. It is an excellent oil for oily skin. To mitigate the effects of the sun as much as possible, we recommend that you apply the oil right after getting out of the water at the beach or pool, with your skin and hair still wet. When it is absorbed, use your usual sunscreen.
